Q : How do I upload a mailing list?

A : No you most likely did not lose the order you were working on.
Your uncompleted orders are saved in the "DRAFTS" menu item.
Q : Can I edit or download a mailing list I used in the past?
A : Yes, your past lists are saved in the "My Account" menu under "Recipient Lists".
Q : How do I see what orders I placed in the past?
A : All your order history is saved in the "My Account" menu under "Order History".
Q : How do I check the status of my order?
A : In your "Order History", click on the Order Number.
There will be a column showing your order status.
