Upload your mailing list or use ours. To purchase a list from LentzDesign, simply enter one
address and our system will create a custom list of every homeowner closest to that address.
You determine the quantity (100 name minimum).
3) CHECKOUT
Review your order details and receive an order summary. Approve your order to mail.
Orders placed before 4 p.m. (Central Standard Time) will ship within 2 business days.

Specifications
What kind of paper will my order be printed on?
LentzDesign only uses premium paper stock for your post cards. We use 110# Silk Cover
stock for all orders.
LentzDesign has found the image quality and mail ability of this stock
exceeds that of an 80# or #100 stock.
All cards are have a protective UV Coating so that your card arrives in pristine condition.
What are the actual postcard dimensions?
Regular size postcards are 4.25 x 6 inches. Jumbo size postcards are 8.5 x 6 inches.

Postage/Mailing
When will my order mail?
Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) will ship within two business days.
LentzDesign currently mails all business days Monday thru Friday.
Is postage included in my postcard order?
Postage is included in the postcard price. There are no additional postage fees. Any other
additional fees (handling, taxes, etc.) will be listed in the check-out page.
How will my postcards be mailed?
Regular postcards mail First-Class. Jumbo post cards mail Standard.
What are typical delivery times for your postage options?
The U.S. Postal Service averages 3-5 business days for First-Class mail and 7-14 business
days for Standard mail.

What data format is required for mailing list/address book?
The address book will allow Microsoft Excel files only.
Where can I get additional help with uploading my list?
How do I create records in my address book?
Can I purchase a mailing list through LentzDesign?
Yes, you can purchase a list from LentzDesign.
Can I see my purchase list names?
Can I save and re-use my purchased list?
Will I get a card in the mail when I place an order?
We encourage you to add your own name to the address book, as a seed in the mailing.

Photos & Logos
Can I upload my photo and company logo?
Yes, LentzDesign recommends the use of .jpg formats.
What file types can I upload?
The better quality image, the nicer your final output will look,we recommend an image of 300 dpi.
The following file types are accepted:
• JPEG
• TIFF
• PDF
• BMP
• EPS
What is the minimum resolution required for photos or logos?
Minimum image pixel requirements are as follows:
• Agency Logo: 730 x 266
• House Photo: 1230 x 864
• Agent Photo: 232 x 299
